QUESTION: Councillor C. King

"To ask the Manager to provide details of the development being constructed by Kelland Homes at Killinarden Heights, stating what permission is live, how many units are being constructed at present and how many are likely to be developed in the near future and can the Manager make a statement on the matter?".

REPLY:

 Planning permission was granted on 18^th March 2008 to Kelland Homes Ltd. in respect of proposed development of 245 residential units at Killinarden Hill, Tallaght (SD07A/0013 refers).

The developer has submitted notification of commencement in respect of 43 residential units.

The planning permission has a duration of five years, accordingly, the developer has until 17^th March 2013 to complete the development.
