"To ask the Manager to organise a clean up of the laneway at Firhouse Road and Woodlawn Park Drive Road which according to a resident is in a deplorable condition?" 

REPLY:

The local Litter Warden has been requested to inspect the laneway in question and will arrange for the removal of material by the Cleansing Section as necessary.   Any material found will be examined with a view to supporting fiens or prosecutions under the Litter Pollution Act 1997 , as amended, where possible.
