Further to the report to the May Area Committee meeting, a report has been recently received from the Conservation Architect  which provides a full account of the repair/reinstatement and conservation works carried out to date. The report provides a formal response addressing the S59 Notice and the full compliance of same. The Conservation Officer will  arrange a site inspection to confirm that the works as stated in the Section 59 Notice have been completed satisfactorliy. A final report in relation to this matter will be prepared for the next Area Committee meeting in September.
