QUESTION: Councillor E. Maloney

That the Manager arrange a safety inspection of the roads in Deerpark Estate and identify the junctions / bends which require Yellow Lines , due to un-safe parking.

REPLY:

While Deerpark Estate is not yet in charge of  South Dublin County Council, substantial progress has been made by the developer to complete the development to the required standard.

When the Members have declared the roads to be public roads, the issues raised in the motion can be referred to the Traffic Management Committee for examination.
