NO 30 WILLBROOK LAWN OUTSTANDING ISSUES
The Parks and Landscape Services Department entered onto the land adjacent to 30 Willbrook Lawn on the 25th May 2010. Notice of the intent of the Council to do so was communicated in advance to the solicitors for the owners of 30 Willbrook Lawn and was in response to the resolution of the Elected Members of the Terenure Rathfarnham Area Committee on the 13 November, 2007.
A hoarding was erected between the house and the public open space in such a manner as to allow the occupier in the future to construct a wall between the pubic open space and the private property without having to first remove the hoarding.
In the meantime, the front of the open space area has been blocked off by a railing (with a gate) in order to prevent any access to a site which is still considered to be a danger from a Health and Safety point of view.
The Parks and Landscape Services Department will continue to maintain the area.
