QUESTION: Councillor P. Kearns

"To ask the Manager to investigate the ongoing problem with litter, bagged and loose being left in the laneway between Templeville Drive and Templeogue Village?"

REPLY:

The area in question has recently been inspected by the local Litter Warden who reports that it is clean and clear, however it will be monitored to ascertain if this problem recurs and appropriate enforcement action will be taken where possible.
