QUESTION: Councillor J. Hannon

"To ask the Manager when the promised replacement windows will be installed at *address supplied  ?"

REPLY: 

The Council was informed by the tenant of the problems with her windows in March 2009 and she has been placed on a list for inspection.  However inspections are currently being carried out on those houses that have been on this list since in 2005 .These inspections are almost complete and works under the window replacement programme have been carried out in some instances.   The 2007/2008  list is with the Architects Dept and inpections and grading should be compleated in the near future.  Windows/doors that came to our attention in 2009 and 2010 will be inspected when the above work has been completed.

We are prioritising certain medical cases and  OAPs.
