QUESTION: Councillor B. Lawlor

"To ask the Manager if  fowl are allowed under the Tenancy Agreements with the Council, and if not could the Council please investigate this matter in Daletree Housing Site?"

REPLY:

The tenancy agreement governing the letting of Council dwellings prohibits the keeping of fowl. If information is given to the Council about the address or addresses at which poultry are being kept at dwellings in the Daletree Housing Estate the matter will be investigated by the Allocations Support Officers for the area.
