QUESTION: Councillor S. Crowe

"To ask the Manager will he arrange for the removal of the burnt out waste at the pedestrian entry at the end of Rossfield Drive and Park,arrange for the removal of litter along the wall inside Rosssfield Park and the Outer Ring Road and arrange for the removal of the concrete slab on the green space?"

REPLY:

The location in question has been inspected by the local Litter Warden who has subsequently asked the Parks Department to remove material from the public open space and he has also asked the Cleansing Section to remove material from the footpath between Rossfield Drive and Cheeverstown Road.  It appears that the concrete slab was left behind by the contractors during the works on the Outer Ring Road and the Roads Department will be requested to arrange its removal if this is the case.
