MOTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"That the Manager ensure that the contractor with responsibility for the Boherboy water Scheme returns to Orlagh Grove estate to make good the open space parts of which have been left in an unacceptable condition."

REPORT:

The Project Engineer for the Boherboy Water Supply Scheme inspected the green space in Orlagh Grove on 5th May 2010, and noted that there were a few bare patches. These will be brought to the attention of the Contractor. Reinstatement of green spaces is very weather dependent and remedial items will hopefully be undertaken during the growing season between now and late September.
