To rezone lands located between 56 Forest Close and Forest Lodge, Kingswood Heights (0.08ha) from Objective ‘F’ Open Space to Objective ‘A’ Residential.

REPLY:

Given the very limited extent of the site and the fact that a house already exists on part of the site and that it is not public open space it is considered that it be zoned 'A'. It is considered that this ammendment does not impinge on the core strategy due to its very limited extent.

Recommendation 

Adopt ammendment
