Policy SN20: Internal Storage Requirements for Apartments
It is the policy of the Council that the minimum internal storage areas for apartment units shall be:

| One Bedroom | 3 |
| Two Bedroom | 6 |
| Three Bedroom | 9 |
| Four Bedroom | Adequate storage in excess of 9m² should be provided |
| Five or more Bedrooms | Adequate storage in excess of 9m² should be provided |
Reason
In order to rectify an error in the column heading.
Recommendation
That the amendment be adopted.
