QUESTION: Councillor S. Crowe
To ask the Manager can he clarify whether a casual trading licence for say Clondalkin area can be used in another area of the County like Tallaght?
REPLY:
The Casual Trading Bye Laws state that a Casual Trading Licence shall issue only in respect of a specific trading area and any person engaging in Casual Trading shall do so only within the confines of the specific area to which the Licence relates.
Only the Licence holder or assistants shall engage in casual trading at the pitch number specified in the licence.
