MOTION: Councillor P. Kearns

That the Manager arrange an inspection of the footpaths in Cypress Park Templeogue, as they are in a serious state of disrepair.

REPORT:

An inspection of the paths in Cypress Park will be carried out as soon as it can be accommodated in the Area Engineer's programme of works. Following completion of the inspection any necessary repairs will be listed for consideration, with others, having regard to the available financial and other resources.
