MOTION: Councillor C. King

That this Committee calls on the Manager to arrange for the removal of the boulder at the laneway between Millbrook lawns health centre and Homelawns and St Dominics Estates as youths congregate at this location daily and nightly.

REPORT:

This matter has been examined by the Area Engineer and consultations have also taken place with officials from the Housing Department. If the Area Committee agree, arrangements will be made to remove the existing boulder while ensuring that vehicular access to this laneway is not restored.
