QUESTION: Councillor M. Duff

"To ask the Manager to consider the provision of a litter bin on the Tallaght Community School side of the footpath at the junction of Castle Lawns and Castletymon Road, and would the Manager inform this Committee if consideration has been given to the application by Virginia Heights Residents Assocation for the provision of a litter bin, to be located at the top of the black path at the green between Virginia Heights and Alderwood, in addition to the litter bins located at Springfield Shopping Centre, Aderwood?"

REPLY:

The Cleansing Section will carry out an assessment of these location in order to establish if the location are suitable of litter bin installation.  If the loations are suitable the bins will be installed when resources are available.
