QUESTION: Councillor P. Kearns

"To ask the Manager to arrange a clean up of the Bus turning Bay at Templemanor?  Despite the fact that there are several bins in the area people continue to drop their rubbish on the ground making it a haven for rats?"

REPLY:

The local Anti-Litter Warden has been requested to inspect the area.  He will inspect any potential evidence found that may support a fine or prosecution and will arrange for a clean up as necessary.  In addition, the location will be monitored on a regular basis by the Warden.
