Re: Proposed Transfer of lands at Busty Hill, off Naas Road to Johnston Logistics Limited – Variation in name of Company from Johnston Logistics Limited to Albert Johnston & Ivan Johnston
The Council at its meeting held on 13th July, 2009 approved the transfer of lands outlined in red on Drawing Nos. LA/04/09 having an area of 2769 sq. m, LA/16/09 having an area of 87 sq.m, and LA/17/09 having an area of 2137 sq.m or thereabouts to Johnston Logistics Limited. Minute No. H8 (d)/07/09 refers.
The Council has been notified in the meantime that the company wish to have the transfer made in the joint names of Albert Johnston and Ivan Johnston. Accordingly I now recommend that in accordance with Section 211 of the Planning & Development Act 2000 and subject to the provisions of Section 183 of the Local Government Act 2001 that the Council vary the terms of the above proposed transfer to note the change in name of the proposed transfer from Johnston Logistics Limited to Albert Johnston and Ivan Johnston. The terms of the transfer otherewise to remain unchanged.
