QUESTION: Councillor B. Lawlor

"To ask the Manager the number of parking spaces allocated per unit in the original planning application for the Marlfield Development in Kiltipper, Tallaght and if the developer complied with this and if he would make a statement on the matter?"

REPLY:

The matter of parking spaces allocated on the above lands will be investigated.  If it is found that the number of spaces provided is not in compliance with the planning permission granted for this development, then appropriate enforcement action will be taken.

The Councillor will be kept informed in this regard.
