QUESTION: Councillor C. Brophy

"To ask the Manager to inspect the signage at the Spawell and ensure that illegal signage is removed. In recent months signage has been placed on the railings and a scaffold structure has been erected to enable the placing of extra signage?"

REPLY:

The matters of the signage and the erection of an advertising support structure on the above lands are currently being investigated, and any enforcement action deemed necessary shall be taken.

The Councillor will be kept informed in this regard.
