QUESTION NO.
QUESTION: Councillor C. O'Connor, TD
To ask for a report on efforts being made to publicise the availability of Council Officials and Community Gardaí at so called Advice Clinics in the Tallaght region and will the report please state if such clinics are receiving support from the Communities.
REPLY:
Garda DMRS
The joint Garda / South Dublin County Council clinics are well established in this District and the residents are well aware of them. The only exception to this is the newly established clinic for the Avonbeg / Bolbrook area. This clinic is publicised through posters and at Garda meetings. This clinic was established in the latter half of 2009 and already it is proving popular with residents. All clinics are well supported by the communities.
