To ask for a report on the cooperation between the Gardaí and Council in respect of issues relating to the operation of the Dublin Bus Community Forum, which meets in Killinarden Community Centre on a monthly basis and will the report detail various initiatives being taken.

Garda DMRS

The Tallaght Community Dublin Bus Forum meets on a monthly basis. It is attended by Garda management, Dublin Bus management, Bus drivers, union representatives, South Dublin County Council representatives and community representatives. Incidents from the previous month are discussed and any remedial action needed is taken to ensure safety of the community and Dublin Bus employees. There is ongoing liaison between all parties and any issues that arise are quickly identified and appropriate action taken.
