MOTION: Councillor C. Keane

"That this Committee agrees that a public meeting be facilitated by this Council in Rathfarnham to explain the Draft Parking Bye-Laws and to give an approximate date/s that this could be facilitated."

REPORT:

The Roads Department has indicated that it is available to meet interested persons regarding issues relevant to the Draft Control of Parking Bye Laws. Any meetings will need to take place in the next two weeks in order that points raised can be included in the report to be presented to the members.
