"To ask the Manager to list the estates being prepared for taking-in-charge in the first 3 months of 2010 by Building Control in the Tallaght south ward?"

REPLY:

The following estates are under consideration for taking in charge in the first 3 months of 2010 in the Tallaght Area;

• Beechdale
• Oakdale
• Parklands Court (Part of)
• Ferncourt
• Oldcourt
• Deerpark
• Newhall Court

In the case of developments where the developer has not adhered to schedules for completion of works and has not cooperated with the Council, the Council is preparing Enforcement action and/or claiming security lodged by the developer to achieve the completion of works.
