Dealing with Environment, Community, Corporate Services & Libraries

REPORT:

In the context of a review of Area Committee meetings it was previously agreed to monitor activity and progress in relation to the freeflow of Area Committee business for the period September 2009 to December 2009 and an item appeared on the Lucan Clondalkin Area Committee (2) -  8th December  2009 with particular reference to the weighting of business at LCAC meetings.

It was agreed at that meeting that from January 2010 the“The business of Lucan Clondalkin Area Committee Meetings be conducted as follows:

L/CACM  1. Planning, Development, Roads and Parks   

L/CACM  2. Housing, Environment, Community, Corporate and Library Services,

and that the weighting of business being transacted continue to be monitored”
