MOTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"That this Committee requests without delay the reinstatement of the footpath outside the newsagents beside the Yellow House as requested ten years ago."

REPORT:

The existing footpath is almost  level with the roadway and if the kerb height is increased it may increase the chances of water flowing in the gates of the nearby houses.

The area will be examined so as to provide a new footpath while preventing any ponding or flooding problems.
