"That the Manager give a report on the provision of a new one way traffic system for Ballyroan Crescent."

REPORT:

Ballyroan Crescent is a residential road with a school access. An informal one way system has operated for parents during school drop off. This is complementary to a parking restriction on one side of the road at such times. Other than school times special traffic regulation is not required.

The area will be surveyed for consideration of appropriate signage to reinforce the orderly use of the Crescent during school times. Regulation ‘No-Entry’ signs are not recommended due to the time limited nature of the traffic.
