QUESTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"To ask the Manager for an update on the Hermitage View situation regarding Bankof Ireland and ownership?"

REPLY:

The original developers , Gallagher Group have gone into liquidation and it is understood that the land is now under the control of the Bank of Ireland.

The Law Dept. hasw managed to contact a solicitor acting for the Bank of Ireland .He reports that the liquidator who was dealing with the matter is no longer doing so but he will contact the new liquidator and revert to the Law Dept. in the coming week.
