That this Committee calls on the Manager to investigate, in consultation with local residents, ways of improving the car parking situation on Marlfield Crescent, Kiltipper.

REPORT:

The Marlfield development is in the control of a management company. Matters referring to the internal parking arrangements are the responsibility of the management company. It is not possible for the Council to introduce any parking regulation in this case.
