QUESTION: Councillor S. Crowe

To ask the Manager if there is ongoing mapping and a review of ownership and conditions of laneways in the County being carried out particularly in Tallaght area by this Council and when a report will be available to elected members?

REPLY:

There is currently no specific mapping or database of ownerships and details of laneways in the County.  However, it is hoped that a survey of laneways in the County will commence in 2010.

In the meantime,  if details of any specific laneway are supplied the laneway in question will be examined and the Councillor will be contacted.
