MOTION NO. 1

MOTION: Councillor C. King

That this Committee calls on the Manager to arrange for the removal of the overgrown tree in the front garden of 3 Bawnlea Green as it is lifting the driveway and causing other damage in it's vicinity.

REPORT:

Following an inspection of this property a decision has been taken that the tree will have to be removed.  Arrangements are being put in place to have the work carried out by either Council staff or by a qualified tree surgeon.
