MOTION: Councillor C. King

That this Committee calls on the Manager to report on the current situation with the derelict NABCO Community facility on Donomore Park including any relevant information from other Departments such as Planning and Development.

REPORT:

Architects acting for NABCO are currently preparing a scheme to address the replacement of this building in accordance with the requirements of NABCO and following consultation with Planning and Architectural Services Departments of the Council. They intend to have a proposal ready for submission for planning permission early in the new year.
