Proposed Development: Change of use of the existing warehouse unit comprising 2,241 sq.m (previously permitted under Reg Ref: 89A/1412) to use as a vehicle testing centre and the creation of three new vehicular access points on the northern elevation of the unit to facilitate access to the testing lanes and all ancillary, associated site development works. The development includes 3 no. signs comprising one sign on the southern elevation, one sign on the western elevation and one double sided pole sign with a height of 3 metres at the site entrance. The unit will be acessed off the existing road serving the industrial estate and will be served by 43 no. car parking spaces and 4 no. bicycle spaces. The site is 0.52 ha in area.
