QUESTION: Councillor S. Crowe

"To ask the Manager has the leasing issue been resolved in relation to Rossfield Stores, Tallaght?" 

REPLY:

The Council's Valuer is at present reviewing terms for the lease of the shop unit at Brookfield Court known as Rossfield Stores and it is hoped to be in a position to issue these terms to the occupants in the near future. These terms will include a requirement to formalise the surrender of the lease of the former residential shop at Rossfield  Avenue which had been vacated by the lessees some years ago when they transferred the business to Brookfield Court. The former residential shop at Rossfield Avenue has been included in a proposed future housing scheme .
