To date 345 applications have been received In respect of the 121 properties made available by the Affordable Homes Partnership in March 2007. 119 of these properties have now been closed.
In order to comply with the requirements of Section 211 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 (as amended) and Section 183 of the Local Government Act, 2001 it is recommended that the Council dispose of 3 properties at Slade Castle, Saggart, Co.
