"To ask the Manager to supply an update in relation to the current planning application for the Orwell Shopping Centre?"

REPLY:

A planning application was received on 5th February 2009 Register Reference SD09A/0046 refers for the refurbishment and extension of Orwell Shopping   Centre. Additional information was requested on 30/03/09 and this was received on 14/07/09. Clarification of the additional information was requested on 06/08/09 and the clarification was received on 07/09/09. The decision on this application is due on or before 05/10/09.
