MOTION NO. 314

MOTION: Councillor C. Keane

That this Council recommends that the piece of land at Cremorne Estate Junction with Firhouse Road, No 14 on attached map designated open space but currently zoned  A on development plan map be rezoned to F open space.

REPORT:

No objection to proposed change of zoning.  The lands are under regular maintenance by Parks and Landscape Services Department.

Part of the area is subject to the Firhouse Road CPO and this should be reflected on the Development Plan maps.

MANAGER’S RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended that this Motion be adopted.
