MOTION: Councillor S. Crowe

That the Plan agrees to implement a plan to enhance the security and long term safety of residents in Kilmartin Tallaght that have had to endure problems following erection of an outer wall along their properties and the Outer Ring road.

REPORT:

This motion is not appropriate to the Development Plan but will be dealt with by way of report to an area committee meeting. 

This case will be investigated and a number of possible options will be considered.

Manager’s Recommendation:

The proposed motion should not be adopted.
