MOTION: Councillor M. Corr

That this Council zones land in the vicinity of Citywise/An Turas/JADD/Jobstown Community Centre in an appropriate way to ensure that the land is used in a way to benefit the community in terms of amenities as opposed to further residential development.

REPORT:

The development of playground/ citywise/ An Turas/ JADD and the upcoming tender for the Jobstown youth community centre means that this area is already extremely well provided with community facilities for all age groups.

Manager’s Recommendation:

It is recommended that this Motion not be adopted.
