That the Plan will encourage and facilitate additional and enhanced security of tenants living in the Kilmartin area of Tallaght by addressing the immediate removal of large mounds of soil left over from Luas works.  

REPORT:

This motion is not relevant to prepartion of the Development plan.

Recommendation:-

That this motion not be adopted.
