MOTION: Councillor C. Keane

That this Council recommends that the piece of land at Ballyroan Road - strip of green open space leading to Ballyroan Crescent, No. 5 on enclosed Map B designated open space but currently zoned A on development plan map be rezoned to F open space.

REPORT:

No objection to proposed change of zoning. Lands under regular maintenance by Parks & Landscape Services Department

Recommendation:-

If the member's pass this motion the Draft Development Plan will reflect this change.
