MOTION NO. 313

MOTION: Councillor C. Keane

That this Council recommends that the piece of  land at Castlefield Manor No 11 on enclosed Map E designated open space but currently zoned  A on development plan map be rezoned to F open space.

REPORT:

Given the level of open space provsion in the area it is considered that the lands above are appropiately zoned given their location.  According to our records this land is  not designated open space on foot of a development. This land is considered appropriate, in principle,  to limited development subject to the policies and objectives contained in the Development Plan..

Recommnendation:-

That this motion not be adopted.
