Modify Table 4.3.1 in Section 4 to include three new Prospects for which it is an objective to protect. This is the view from the N4 across the Liffey Valley and ties in with the policy expressed in section 4.3.7.

REPORT:
It is considered that for the most part the above prospects are obscured due to roadside boundary walls and thick bands of trees and hedgerows, and it is therefore considered that they are not worthy of protection..
MANAGERS RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that this motion is not adopted.
