MOTION NO. 312

MOTION: Councillor C. Keane

That this Council recommends that the piece of land at Castlefield Orchard No. 12 on enclosed Map E designated open space but currently zoned on A on development plan map be rezoned to F open space.

REPORT:

While a portion of the lands are in SDCC ownership, the remainder are the subject to current planning application.

It is not considered approporiate to change the zoning  for entire parcel of land.  Howver there is no objection to proposed change of zoning to SDCC land.

Recommendation

That the portion of lands in SDCC ownership is zoned 'F'.
