MOTION NO. 198

MOTION: Councillor E. Tuffy

That, with reference to 4.3.5.ii Policy LHA2,  a number of locations in and around Lucan village, including the top of the open space beside Brookvale Estate, Old Dublin Road, overlooking Lucan Village and the Liffey Valley, be examined for inclusion in the list of Viewing Points and Prospects in Table 4.3.1, on page 207.

REPORT:

Existing views at  Lucan Demesne and Fonthill are protected in the Draft Development Plan, it is not considered necessary to add additional views in the area.

Manager's Recommendation:-

No change required to the Draft Development Plan.
