MOTION NO. 309

MOTION: Councillor C. Keane

That this Council recommends that the piece of open space land at Templeroan Green (at roundabout) as indicated on enclosed map No 3 designated open space but currently zoned on A on development plan map be rezoned to F open space.

REPORT:

No objection to proposed change of zoning. Lands under regular maintenance by Parks & Landscape Services Department.

Recommendation:-

If the member's pass this motion the Draft Development Plan will reflect this change.
