MOTION NO. 302

MOTION: Councillor W. Lavelle

That the strip of land along the railway line immediately south of Griffeen Valley Park reverts to its current Objective F (open space) zoning instead of the Objective A zoning shown on the draft maps.

REPORT:

The land referred to forms part of the Headed item of Managers's drafting errors. The intention of the Manager's Development Plan was to maintian the zoning of 'F' on thes lands.

Recommendation

That the area referred to be amended to  zone 'F' in the Draft County Development Plan.
