MOTION NO. 296

MOTION: Councillor E. Tuffy

That on page 315 – Regional Plans and Strategies -  the following be added:

“Draft Regional Planning Guidelines for Greater Dublin Area – 2010-2022

Meath County Development Plan 2007-2013

Draft Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Development Plan 2010-2016

Draft Fingal County Development Plan 2011-2017

Draft Kildare County Development Plan 2011-2017

Draft Wicklow County Development Plan 2010-2016”

and that the Draft County Development Plan be amended accordingly.

REPORT:

The above motion refers to a range of documents many of which are draft and not in published form. In drafting the Development Plan account has been taken of current realvant County Development Plans and National and regional Guidance. When this Plan goes on public display the views of  adjoining local authorities and the regional authority will be sought.

Recommendation-

That no change be made to the Draft Development Plan.
