SPECIFIC LOCAL OBJECTIVES

Add:  "Greenhills Local Centre

Promote and facilitate appropriate development at the former McHugh's Shopping Arcade site on St James' Road, Greenhills to provide both community and commercial services for local residents."

REPORT:

With respect to this site, there are a number of existing planning permissions still currently valid. At the time of reporting none of the valid permissions have been enacted. It is not considered appropriate to inlcude an SLO referring to a particular location that has an existing valid permission.

Recommendation

That this motion not be adopted.
