MOTION: Councillor W. Lavelle

To add the following to Table 2.2.2 Cycle route objectives:

• Lucan Road – From Junction with Outer Ring Road to the junction with Old Hill;
• Willsbrook Road – Extension of proposed route from junction with Mount Bellew Way to junction with Outer Ring Road and Ballyowen Road;
• Outer Ring Road – From junction with Lucan Road to junction with Willsbrook and Ballyowen Road;
• Newcastle Road – From junction with Castlegate Way to junction with Esker Drive;

REPORT:

Table 2.2.2 sets out a comprehensive programme of proposed cycle route objectives. The programme will be implemented as resources permit and other options will be considered as the programme is rolled out.

RECOMMENDATION:

That the motion not be adopted.
